64) With spring tensioner in its fully open position, Install
provided 080720 8rib blower belt, and head unit pulley by
placing belt over crank, under idler, Over tensioner, under
idler and around head unit idler as shown.
65) Install mass air flow sensor into polished
charge tube. Install charge tube to throttle
body and charge tube from intercooler with
3.5 to 4 in coupler and provided t-bolt hose
clamps.
66) Install Supplied air filter and restrictor plate over supercharger inlet. Restrictor plate must be in
place!!!!
67) Install lower charge tube and BOV with supplied hose Clamps.
68) reinstall modified upper radiator brackets
with provided ¼ in poly washers into upper
radiator supports
69) reinstall factory transmission cooling lines,
being sure to seat c-clips securely in place.
70) Tighten Lower radiator supports with 15mm
socket
71) Pull vacuum line from factory brake booster. On the straight section of line approximately 3 inches
from the booster splice in the provided barbed vacuum log with brass fittings facing engine bay. These
fittings will be used for boost a pump and BOV. Reinstall vacuum line into brake booster.
