37) From the bottom of the car use an impact gun to
remove factory balancer bolt.
38) Using the supplied pin fixture, thread bolt into
crank and align fixture flush to crank pulley.
39) Align supplied drill bit and crank dowels and
mark depth of dowel pins
40) Use drill supplied drill bit, with a dab of oil to
help facilitate cutting and Drill to marked depth in
both holes. Then Tap Dowel Pins into crank &
pulley.
41) Slide Main Blower drive pulley over dowels
being sure pulley seats fully into crank. Dowels
should be recessed slightly below pulley surface.
Install supplied crank pulley bolt, and tighten to
factory specs.
