14. Press CTRL+O and then press Enter to save the file. Press CTRL+X to exit the editor.

15. Re-read the fstab file by typing this command:

sudo udevadm trigger

16. Mount the drive using the drives label, which is the same as the mount point:

sudo mount /mnt/edvr/2

17. Verify the new drive by using the command df. The last entry should be your new drive. In this example, we added a

500GB drive mounted at /mnt/edvr/2.

18. The exacqVision Service must be restarted to see the new drive:

sudo /etc/init.d/edvrserver restart

19. Open up the exacqVision Client, click on the Config (Setup) icon

, and navigate to Storage. The new drive

should be displayed and enabled for storage.
