Grill cooking
Grill cooking uses infrared radiance.
The grill may be used to brown and cook dishes au gratin as well as to
grill meats. It may be used before or after cooking, as called for in the recipe.
As with traditional methods, check foods for even browning.
Remember to use oven mitts to remove dishes after grilling.
