Slide your fingers along the entire length of the
PurePrecision Tape Scale, pressing firmly, to confirm
proper adhesion. Performing this operation more
than once is not necessary but will not have any
adverse effect.
Proceed to Section B7 of this manual for instruction
on removing the blue protective film from the
tape scale.
