The Start/Stop and control characters cannot be displayed on the LCD as shown in
Table B-1. They are displayed as:
* is substituted for Stop/Start characters
< is substituted for encircled $
> is substituted for encircled %
; is substituted for encircled /
@ is substituted for encircled +
The characters are also transmitted in this form in print and real time communications
modes.
