Message
13.27.11 A paper jam occurred at the Vertical Transfer
Assembly. Paper did not reach exit sensor
(PS32) on time (see Figure 7-14). See all recommendations listed
for Error Log Message 13.17.11,
and follow these steps: Check the
brass washer on outboard side of
Vertical Transfer Door registration
clutch is present and that the
registration clutch does not move
more than 2mm from side-to-side.
Clean PS32 and the Vertical
Transfer Assembly rollers.
Replace the Vertical Transfer
Assembly.
