Connecting the grounding cable
1.
Remove the grounding screw from the rear panel of the UTM device chassis.
2.
Attach the grounding screw to the ring terminal of the grounding cable.
3.
Use a Phillips screwdriver to fasten the grounding screw into the grounding screw hole.
4.
Connect the other end of the grounding cable to the grounding strip of the rack.

NOTE:
•
The resistance reading should be smaller than 5 ohms between UTM device chassis and the ground.
•
To guarantee the grounding effect, use the grounding cable provided with the UTM device to connect
to the grounding strip in the equipment room as long as possible.
