This

causes the synthesizer to alternate on successive sweeps

between the present instrument state and a second instrument state
stored in an internal register (1 to 8). Select

Altrnate Regs once to

turn it on, a second time to turn it off. An asterisk next to the key
label indicates that this feature is active.
