ORDER SUPPLIES

Error

The Supplies Low setting in the LCD control
panel System Setup menu is set to Stop, and
more than one supply item is low, or one or
more ink cartridges is nearing expiration.
If the Auto Continue setting in the System
Setup menu is set to On, the printer continues
printing until the supplies are empty or the ink
cartridges expire. Otherwise, press

(select

button) to continue printing.

Warning

This message indicates one or both of
the following:

z

One or more of the ink cartridges are
running low on ink or are nearing
expiration.

z

The health of one or more of the
printheads is low.

Press

(select button) for more information

regarding specific ink cartridges and
printheads. Be prepared to replace the
specific ink cartridges and/or printheads with
new ink cartridges and/or printheads.

PAUSED

Status

The printer has been paused and is currently
off line. It will not process and print jobs
currently in the queue. This feature is useful
when performing minor maintenance tasks on
the printer, like loading paper or replacing ink
cartridges. Press

(pause/resume button) to

switch the printer to the

READY

mode to

continue printing.

PEFORMING PAPER
PATH TEST

Status

A paper path test has been initiated.
The printer will continue feeding paper
through the paper path until

(cancel job

button) is pressed.

PERFORMING UPGRADE

Status

The printer firmware is currently being
upgraded. Please wait.

PLEASE WAIT

Status

Please wait. Printer has been placed offline
while job is being processed. Press

(pause/resume button)

to resume

processing job.

POWERING OFF

Status

(power button) has been pressed and

held, and the printer is preparing to turn off.
