Hand throttle
1 Outer ring for fine control:
- Turn clockwise for RPM reduction
- Turn counter-clockwise for RPM increase
2 Inner knob for coarse control
- Pull up for RPM increase
- Push down for RPM reduction
- Push down fast for emergency reset to idle speed
