10. Place the removed OPNL on an antistatic conductive mat.
11. Mount the replacement OPNL by following the removal instructions in Step 7
to Step 9 in reverse order.
Caution – Do not forcibly push the cable in when inserting it. If there is problem
with the connector pin, serious damage may result.
12. Insert the OPNL key, and then set the key to the Service position.
13. Switch on all main line switches for the AC section (ACS) in the power supply
system.
14. Confirm that the XSCF STANDBY LED (green) on the OPNL remains lit. If it is
blinking, wait until it remains lit.
15. Start (turn on power) all domains together. Take either of the following two
actions:
