f BLOCK DESCRIPTOR LENGTH: Byte 3
Specifies the length of the entire mode parameter descriptor block in units of
byte. The page and vendor>specific parameter are not included.
In this scanner, 0 is specified and the succeeding mode descriptor section shall
be omitted.
