Use the Recall Default bar code. This will erase all previous settings and return to the scanner’s default
communications protocol.
-Keyboard Wedge interface scanners will load keyboard wedge defaults.
-All other scanners load RS-232 defaults.
Note: Metrologic manufactures custom OEM scanners which load the OEM’s defaults. Section N will
explain how this affects “Metrologic Defaults.”
