z If a connection is not established after four tries or if AI296 receives a TL1
command with an unknown TID, the TL1 command gets discarded and a
message gets logged.
z If the OSS is disconnected from AI296, all associated children calls to the NEs are
disconnected.
Tip: To access the configuration menu on a Soneplex NE device, you must set the
Packet Window Size to 1 .
