Applications Key

Applications
Key allows you to access
server applications, such as Corporate
Directory, if available on your system.
The
Individual DN
Key allows you to make
and receive non-ACD calls.
Context Sensitive Soft Keys (self-labeled)
The four keys located in the middle of the
telephone, below the display screen, are your
Context Sensitive Soft Keys. These keys can
have the following assigned to them:
• Transfer
• Conference
• Call Forward
• Ring Again
• Call Park
• Call Pickup
• Speed Call
• Privacy Release
• Callers List
• Redial List
Call Processing Keys
Goodbye Key
/
Press the
Goodbye
Key to terminate an
active call.
Hold Key
/
Place an active call on
Hold
by pressing the
Hold
Key. Return to the caller by pressing
the extension key next to the flashing
indicator.
