Your telephone’s controls
Applications Key
The Applications Key allows you to access
server applications, such as Corporate
Directory, if available on your system.
The Individual DN Key allows you to make
and receive non-ACD calls.
Context Sensitive Soft Keys (self-labeled)
The four keys located in the middle of the
telephone, below the display screen, are your
Context Sensitive Soft Keys. These keys can
have the following assigned to them:
• Transfer
• Conference
• Call Forward
• Ring Again
• Call Park
• Call Pickup
• Speed Call
• Privacy Release
• Callers List
• Redial List
Call Processing Keys
Goodbye Key
/
Press the Goodbye Key to terminate an
active call.
Hold Key
/
Place an active call on Hold by pressing the
Hold Key. Return to the caller by pressing
the extension key next to the flashing
indicator.
