Talk with more than one person
Set up a conference call
You can set up a conference call for up to six people (this includes yourself).
Contact your system administrator to find out the maximum number of people you
can join in a conference on your system. On the M3905 Call Center Telephone, this
feature is available on your Individual DN Key.
To set up a conference call:
1. While on a call, press the Conference
Key. The other party is on hold and
you receive dial tone. The screen dis-
plays CALL ON HOLD, DIAL
NUMBER.
2. Dial the number of the person
you want to add to the conference
call.
or
3. Press the Swap Key to move
between talking with the original
caller and the new caller.
or
4. Press the Connect Key to
complete the conference.
If the person you added to the
conference is unavailable:
/
1. Press the Goodbye Key.
2. Press the Line (DN) Key with the
flashing icon to return to your
original call
