While on an active call
To Park a call using the FAC:
1. Press the Transfer Key.
2. Dial the Call Park FAC
If you do not want the call parked on
your own DN, dial a DN where you
want to park the call.
To retrieve a parked call
1. Press a DN Key.
or
2. Dial the Call Park FAC or press
the
DirectPark Key.
3. Dial the DN where you parked
the call.
Note: If a parked call is not retrieved
within a specified period of time, it
rings back to your telephone or to the
attendant. Check with your system
administrator to determine your speci-
fied period of time.
