Security Mode
This function prevents others from mak-
ing prints of confidential documents
from the master. For example, if you
want to print some documents with sen-
sitive information, use this function after
making your prints so that nobody can
access that master again.

Make your prints.
BBBB
Press the
{{{{Security}}}} key.
CCCC
Press the [Yes] key.
Note
❒ If you set Security Mode, you
cannot make prints after finish-
ing one job even if you press the
{{{{Proof}}}} key or {{{{Print}}}} key. Press
the [Exit] key.
❒ You cannot cancel Security
mode even if you turn off the
main switch.
❒ Security mode is canceled when
you make a new master.
❒ You cannot pull out the drum
unit when in security mode.
