Chapter 7 Recording/Playing Back What You Play

Touch <Rec/Play> on the Main screen.

The Rec/Play screen appears.

Touch <Reset>.

The location at which playback will start will return to
the beginning of measure 1.
If you wish to begin playback from the middle of the
song, touch <Bwd> <Fwd> to move to the measure from
which you wish to begin playback.

Touch <Play> to begin playback.

After playback reaches the end of the performance, it
will stop automatically.

You can also begin playback by pressing the Composer
[Play/Stop] button.

To stop playback at any point, touch the <Stop>
button.

You can also stop playback by pressing the Composer [Play/
Stop] button.

The Play and Stop functions can both be assigned to one of
the foot switches located on each side of the Expression
Pedal. (p. 160).

You can specify whether or not the Expression Pedal will
affect the playback and what you play while Atelier music
file is being played back (p. 162).
