It is designed to conserve the food's nutritional value while using little water for

cooking. Add only about 2 cups of water to the food for the large elements and

about ¾ Ć 1 cup of water for the small elements.

Cook rice in double the volume of liquid.

Cover the pan with a lid.

The Fast Preheat feature is not suited for foods that are cooked in a large quantity of

water (e.g. pasta).

Use a tall pot.

Rinse the pan with cold water before filling it.

Preheat the frying pan and oil before adding food. Do not turn the food too soon.

Food will separate from the bottom of the pan after cooking a short time.

CookSmart

CookSmart

is suitable for foods that are heated in liquid or large amounts of fat or

oil. When you extend the sensors, you can cook using CookSmart

on the heating

elements that are located right next to the sensors.

CookSmart

is not suitable for frying.

Always cook with the lid on.

Every pot whose contents are hot gives off heat. The Sensor Dome

reads this

heat, so that the cooktop can automatically control the temperature.

The heating element only applies heat when it is needed. This saves energy.
