The chapter on Basic Settings explains how to change the values.

At elevations of 0Ć1300 ft. (0Ć400 m) it is not necessary to adjust the boiling point.

Begin cooking with the basic setting. If you are not satisfied with the level of boiling,

change the boiling point setting.

Even though the Sensor Dome

is retracted, its cover will get

hot when the adjacent heating element is on.

The cooktop must be turned on.
1. Place food in the pot and add liquid
Note:ĄFill at least to 1 ¼" (3 cm) deep
2. Place the pot in the center of the heating element and cover with the lid.
3. Press the Sensor Dome

for the desired heating element to cause the sensor to

extend out.

The heating element is selected. ‘‹ will appear in the display.

There are five temperature ranges for CookSmart
