Web Service (if available)

The Web Service button on the machine, if available, enables users to view Internet or Intranet web
servers on the machine’s User Interface, and to send scanned files to web servers through job flow
sheets, if the server login and password are valid as entered on the job flow sheet. In addition to
performing the set up procedure described here, make sure to refer to the Proxy Server Settings topic,
in the Network Connectivity section of this guide, for instructions on setting up Proxy Server parameters
(similar to setting up connections for a standard web browser). To set up and use Job Flow Sheets with
Mailboxes, refer to that topic in the Options section of this guide.
