The Support tab provides Support, Error History, System Administrator Settings, Pool Server Settings,
Web Service (if available), and Audit Log hot links. The Support hot link allows you to enter System
Administrator and Xerox Support information into a dialog. The Error History hot link displays the list of
machine errors and the times and dates they occurred. The System Administrator Settings hot link lets
you remotely change the System Administrator User Name and Password. The Pool Server Settings
hot link appears to be a duplicate of controls provided by selecting Job Templates, then clicking the
Display Job Template Screen button on the Print / Scan tab. Use these duplicate settings only with the
assistance of the On-Line help. The Web Service (if available) offers a remote version of the same
service described in the Web Service topic of the Options section of this guide. For details on the Audit
Log

function, see the Audit Log topic in the Options section of this guide.
