5.1. ИНСТРУМЕНТЫ –
МОНТАЖ И НАСТРОЙКА
Работать в защитных перчатках.
5.1.1 Дисковая пила -
Монтаж
При обращении с инструментами
работать в защитных перчатках.
– Отключить напряжение питания.
– Установить пилу под 90° и
опустить ее в крайнее нижнее
положение.
Подготовить станок к работе,
действуя в следующем порядке:
Операция выполняется через
технологическое отверстие с
дверцей A.
– Вставить стержень B в отверстие
шкива на валу пилы.
Гайка C крепления пильного
диска имеет левую резьбу.
Гайка откручивается по часовой
стрелке.
– Открутить гайку C гаечным ключом
на 24 мм и снять фланец D.
– Последовательно установить
пилу E, фланец D и гайку C (для
предотвращения вибрации перед
ус та н о в к о й п и л ы т щ ател ь н о
очистить фланец).
– Для удобства установки пилы E
необходимо слегка расширить
стружкоприемник и продеть пилу
через щель, образующуюся в месте,
указанном стрелкой H.
– Затянуть гайку ключом на 24 мм,
удерживая вал стержнем B.
– Отрегулировать положение по
высоте расклинивающего ножа F,
предварительно ослабив винты G.
Расклинивающий нож
необходимо отрегулировать
таким образом, чтобы расстояние
от него до пильного диска
находилось в интервале от 3 до
8 мм
(см. пример на рис. 3).
Расклинивающий нож находится
в верном положении, когда
ограждение закрывает часть зуба
пилы.
5.1. TOOL - ASSEMBLY AND
ADJUSTMENT
Use protective gloves.
5.1.1 Circular saw -
Assembly
Handle the tools with protective
gloves.
– Disconnect input power.
– Position the saw unit at 90° and
lower it as far as it will go.
Prepare the machine following these
instructions:
This operation must be performed
using access door A.
– Fit pin B into the saw shaft pulley
hole.
The locking nut C of the saw blade
is counter-clockwise; to unscrew it
turn it clockwise.
– Loosen the lock nut C using a 24
mm hex wrench and remove fl ange
D.
– In sequence mount the saw E, the
fl ange D and the nut C (to prevent
any vibration, thoroughly clean the
fl anges before mounting the saw
blade).
– To make is easier to insert the saw
E, you must widen the chip con-
veyor slightly and allow the saw to
pass through the space created in
correspondence to arrow H.
– Ti g h t e n t h e n u t u s i n g t h e
24 mm wrench and the pin B.

Adjust the position of the riving
knife so that its distance from the
saw blade is between 3 and 8 mm
(see example in fi g.3).
The dividing knife is in the right
position when the saw guard covers
a part of the cutting edge of the saw
blade.
5.1. HERRAMIENTAS - MON-
TAJE Y REGULACION
Usar guantes de protección.
5.1.1 Sierra circular - montaje
Manejar las herramientas utilizando
guantes de protección.
– Desconectar la tensión de la red.
– Posicionar el grupo sierra a 90° y
bajarlo al máximo.
Preparar la máquina siguiendo las
indicaciones
La operación tiene que efectuarse a
través de la puerta de acceso A.
– Introducir el perno B en el agujero
de la polea árbol sierra.
La tuerca de bloqueo C de la hoja
sierra se ajusta hacia la izquierda,
por tanto, para afl ojarla es necesario
girarla en el sentido de las agujas del
reloj.
– Afl ojar la tuerca de bloqueo C con
una llave hexagonal de 24 mm, y
extraer el soporte D.
– Montar en secuencia la sierra E, la
brida D y la tuerca C (para evitar
vibraciones, antes de montar la
hoja sierra limpiar muy bien las
bridas).
– Para facilitar la inserción de la
sierra E, hay que ensanchar lige-
ramente el transportador de virutas
e introducir la sierra a través de la
fi sura que se ha creado en corre-
spondencia de la fl echa H.
– Ajustar la tuerca con la llave de 24
mm utilizando el perno B.
– Regular la posición en altura de
la cuchilla divisora F afl ojando los
tornillos G.
Regular la posición del cuchillo
divisor de manera que su distancia
de la hoja sierra esté entre 3 y 8 mm
(véase el ejemplo de la fi g.3).
La cuchilla divisoria se encuentra
en la posición correcta cuando la
protección de la sierra cubre una
parte del fi lo de la hoja sierra.
