SVS – SVS DISABLED: Out of available
terrain region.

Synthetic Vision is disabled because the aircraft is not within the boundaries of the
installed terrain database.

SVS – SVS DISABLED: Terrain DB
resolution too low.

Synthetic Vision is disabled because a terrain database of sufficient resolution (9 arc-
second or better) is not currently installed.

SCHEDULER [#] – <message>.

Message criteria entered by the user.

ECS – Service required.

The environmental control system has failed.

CRUISE I – Cruise I conditions met.

Cruise I engine trend data log has been captured.

CRUISE II – Cruise II conditions met.

Cruise II engine trend data log has been captured.

EXCEEDANCE – Engine exceedance
data is being logged.

An engine exceedance log has been captured.

The following alert annunciations appear in the AFCS System Status field on the PFD.

Yaw servo providing sustained force in the indicated direction

Rudder Mistrim Left

Aileron Mistrim Right

Roll servo providing sustained force in the indicated direction

Aileron Mistrim Left

Elevator Mistrim

Down

Pitch servo providing sustained force in the indicated direction

Elevator Mistrim Up

Pitch Trim Failure

(or stuck MEPT

Switch)

If AP engaged, take control of the aircraft and disengage AP
If AP disengaged, move MEPT switches separately to unstick

Yaw Trim Failure

(or stuck MEYT

Switch)

If AP engaged, take control of the aircraft and disengage AP
If AP disengaged, move the MEYT switch to unstick

Yaw Damper Failure

YD control failure; AP still operative

Roll Failure

Roll axis control failure; AP inoperative
