Locate the toe board cover plate and bolt over
the unused notched toe board area 5/16" x 1"
hex bolts. Attach handrail posts to the toe
boards as shown using the 5/16" x 1" hex bolts
provided. (Leave hardware loose until all
handrails are in place.) Attach all handrail
angles and brace angle 5/16" x 1" hex bolts.
(See Figure 3-5.) After all pieces have been
attached go back and tighten all hardware.
