Installing the Motor Mount Plate (Continued)
4. When the pivot rod begins to extend through the pivot tube install the spacers, BETWEEN the back
plate and the inner face of the motor mount plate.
NOTE: The number of spacers will vary between each size of unloader.

Installing the Belt Guard Brackets
1. Align the holes on the bearing plate with the slots on the belt guard mounting brackets.
2. Secure the brackets with proper bolts, flat washers, and serrated flange nuts.

NOTE: DO NOT tighten the bolts completely. The brackets will need to be rotated to align the slot
in the belt guard with the shafts on the motor and flight.
