Input / Output Functions
Setup any essential Input / Output functions.
It may be best to start with any non essential functions turned off (eg. Idle
Speed Control, Dual RPM Limit etc).
Refer to the ECU Manager help screens for details.
Other Functions
Ensure any other functions such as Boost Control, Traction Control etc are all
set appropriately.
