1. Repeat the DC motor calibration function checking that there are no

obstructions hindering normal spindle rotation.

2. Use the self-diagnostics function to check proper functioning of the

encoder.

Unbalance measurement error

1. Use the self-diagnostics function to check proper functioning of the

encoder.

2. Check the sensor connections.

3. Check the machine earth connection.

4. Mount a wheel with a known unbalance (less than 100 g) and check

the response of the machine.

5. Replace the acquisition board.

Mount the wheel in vertical position and push the sleeve up against the

procedure again.
