MV-46 PRODUCT RATE

The M-Traverse calculates the cycle time for the last completed profile (in each direction) and
uses this to determine the Product Rate in profiles (layers) per minute.

MV-47 DAC OUTPUT

The DAC Output displays the present level of the analog speed command output to the motor
drive. The DAC output displays in DAC bits. A value of 4095 indicates a 100% positive output
and a value of -4095 indicates a 100% negative output.

MV-48 TRIM OUTPUT

The Trim Output is the calculated output of the compensation algorithm (gain plus integral). This
value is displays in DAC bits. A value of 4095 indicates a 100% positive output and a value of -
4095 indicates a 100% negative output.

MV-49 POSITION ERROR

The Position Error displays the difference between the current Follower position and the
commanded Follower position. It displays in Follower encoder lines. A positive value indicates
that the Follower is behind the commanded position (lagging) and a negative value indicates that
the Follower is ahead of the commanded position (leading)

MV-50 KEYPAD ERROR

If a Control Parameter entry has been rejected, Keypad Errors will display the reason that it was
