Data Trace Window

On the left part of the display you see the data traces of the four - in raw data mode selected -
electrodes one below the other. Data traces belonging to stimulation pathway S1 are shown in
red, data traces belonging to stimulation pathway S2 are black. Both data traces are displayed
in overlay. Data traces of the LTP / LTD Induction phases are blue.

The data traces are marked with dots (in red or black). These dots indicate all maxima and
minima, detected inside the ROI (region of interest). The ROI is defined between two lines.
You can adjust the ROI by dragging the lines with the mouse. Please read also chapter
"Signal Detection".

Enhance a data trace window in analysis mode by double clicking it. Click on

to show

a crosshair cursor. The crosshair can be used to determine the exact x- and y-values of any

given point in the data trace. Click on

to export the actual visible trace as ASCII file.

Click on the drop down menus to scale the axes.

When single pulses have been used only one ROI is active. When a paired pulse paradigm
was used, there are two ROIs, which may overlap each other.
