Sweep Navigation
Sweep navigation is identical to raw data mode. You can select the designated sweep from
the drop down menu, or you can navigate by clicking the icons besides the drop down menu.
The button selects the next sweep, the button selects the last sweep of the
experimental phase.
To select an experimental phase, use the phase navigation drop down menu. Data from
the LTP Induction phase is displayed in blue. Data from all other phases is shown as an
overlay of both pathways in red (pathway S1) and black (pathway S2) for each sweep.
Detection
The "Detection" levels are given in multitudes of the noise level. It is possible to adjust the
detection levels to improve the analysis results. For each electrode, stimulation pathway S1
and S2 can be selected or deselected. After changing detection levels or the region of interest
(ROI) it is necessary to rerun the analysis to refresh the Parameter Display.
