Installation and riveting device for knuckle
link
Explanation and function:
1. The spindle serves to drive the bolt from the
knuckle link.
2. The openings on the opposite side serve to
stablise the forks of the knuckle link during the
pressing operation so that they do not become
deformed.
Working with the device:
Pressing the wire:
Insert and press the knuckle section without
the knuckle on opening 1.
Insert and press the knuckle section with
knuckle on opening 2.
Opening the wire:
Insert the wire with the closed knuckle link and
align with the centre. Carefully drive out the
bolt with the spindle.
