*OFF + 8 character numeral value like above
*STL+4 character numeral value like « *STL10.2 » or « *STL0.22 »
*SSE1 / *SSE0 : Single Shoot Energy ON or OFF
*ATT1 / *ATT0: Attenuator ON / OFF (When available)
