Issue the SCF INFO TAPE command after the ADD TAPE
command is finished to verify that the tape drive has been properly
configured. For example:

The following ADD TAPE command adds a 5158 ACL tape drive
connected to the PMF CRU in group 02, module 1, and slot 50 to
the system configuration using the name $TAPE1:
->ADD TAPE $TAPE1, SENDTO STORAGE, LOCATION
(2,1,50), DEVICEID 5, &
->PRIMARYCPU 2, BACKUPCPU 3,
