Maintenance
Install the optional water-jacket cover
1. Install the outer and inner water-jacket-cover O-rings into the grooves in the water jacket
cover.

412S Outer water-jacket-cover O-ring
490 Water jacket cover
497T Outer and inner water-jacket-cover O-ring
2. Lubricate the sealing surfaces in the seal-chamber cover and O-rings with a suitable
lubricant.
3. Insert the water jacket cover with O-rings into the fit in the seal-chamber cover.
Make sure that the water jacket cover enters uniformly and that the O-rings are not
damaged.
