10.2 Registering the Address Book
It is possible to register in the [Address Book] the FAX number and the E-Mail
address of the destination to which a message is frequently sent. The [Ad-
dress Book] registered can be used from the [Address Book], [Direct Input]
on the FAX screen.

When the optional hard disk has been installed, up to 2000 addresses
(0001 to 2000) in total can be registered for the [Address Book] including
the [Address Book] set up with the scanner function, etc. can be regis-
tered. (If no hard disk has been installed, up to 1000 addresses can be
registered.)
- Registering the destination name and the Search Character together with
the [Address Book] allows you to specify the destination by using the
Search Character.
- The FAX number ([Abbr. Dial]), the E-Mail or the Box can be registered.
This section describes the procedures of registering the Address Book,
changing the Address Book, and deleting the Address Book that registered.
- No registration is available when the name and the Destination, E-Mail
address or box are not set.

[Address Book], [Group] and [Program] can be also registered using the
PageScope Web Connection. Using the PageScope Web Connection,
setting can be changed or addresses can be registered from a computer
connected to the network.

PageScope Web Connection.
