Forwarding Fax Documents
You can forward a received fax document to another fax machine (fax
number) or to an Internet fax service (e-mail address).

Depending on the data format used for the received fax document, the
following restrictions may apply to the forwarding function.
*1 Forwarding is possible when the received document is:

Document size: Letter size (inch models), A4 size (metric models), or
smaller
G
Resolution: Standard or Fine
G
Encoding method: MH
*2 Forwarding is possible when the received document is:
G
Document size: Within the size specified as the maximum size for
transmission in the Advanced mode
G
Resolution: Within the resolution range specified as the maximum
resolution for transmission in the Advanced mode
G
Encoding method: The coding method specified in the Advanced
mode
*3 Forwarding is possible when the received document is:

Document size: Within the size specified as the maximum size for
transmission in the Advanced mode
G
Resolution: Standard, Fine or Superfine
G
Encoding method: MH, MR, MMR or JBIG
