Check the TCP/IP Setup of
Window 9x/ME
Step 1.
Choose Start > Control Panel >
Network.
Step 2.
Click on the Configuration tab and
select “TCP/IP > AMD PCNET
Family Ethernet Adapter
(PCI-ISA)”, and then click
Properties. Now, you can choose to
use DHCP or a specific IP address.
