Seitliche Spurreißer
a) Arbeitsstellung
• Die Spurreisser sind für Mittenanriss oder Anriss
in der Schlepperspur bestimmt.
• Die Spurreisserarme werden hydraulisch in
zusammengeklappter Position blockiert.
• Den Zweitarm durch Anheben des Trägers 
lösen.
b) Einstellung
• Die Neigung der Scheibe kann zwecks stärkerer
oder schwächerer Bodenmarkierung eingestellt
werden.
³ Vier Einstellungen durch Verändern der Position
des Richtungsklemmstücks Œ.
• Der Abstand  der Markierung entspricht einer
halben Arbeitsbreite plus einem halben
Reihenabstand vom letzten Schar zur Scheibe für
einen Anriss in Schleppermitte.
• Der Winkel des 2. Abschnitts kann mit dem
Kabelspanner
Ž eingestellt werden.
c) Sicherheitsvorrichtung
• Die Schutzvorrichtung des Spurreißers
funktioniert nur in Arbeitsstellung.
- Aktive Schutzvorrichtung:
Federzinke als Stoßdämpfer zwischen Arm
und Scheibe
- Passive Schutzvorrichtung:
Scherbolzen

- Transportschutzvorrichtung oder bei Eingriffen
im Hydrauliksystem:
Träger  senken, um die halben Arme
untereinander zu blockieren.
d) Funktionsweise
• Sich vor Betätigen der Spurreißer vergewissern,
daß sich niemand im Maschinenbereich aufhält.
- Belastung
³ die beiden Spurreißer heben

- Entlastung
³ ein Spurreißer senkt sich
- Belastung
³ der gesenkte Spurreißer hebt
sich
- Entlastung ³ der andere Spurreißer senkt
sich
Traceurs latéraux
a) Mise en position travail
• Les traceurs sont conçus pour un marquage au
centre du tracteur ou à la voie.
• Les bras de traceurs sont bloqués
hydrauliquement en position repliés
• Débloquer le bras secondaire en levant le support .
b) Réglage
• Il est possible de régler l'inclinaison du disque afin
d'avoir un marquage au sol plus ou moins
important
³ Possibilité de quatre positions en changeant la
position de la cale d'orientation

• La distance  de marquage est égale à une 1/2
largeur de travail plus un 1/2 écartement du
dernier soc au disque, pour un traçage au centre
du tracteur.
• L’angle du 2ème tronçon peut être réglé avec le
tendeur du câble Ž.
c) Sécurité
• La sécurité du traceur fonctionne uniquement en
position travail.
- Sécurité active: Dent souple amortisseur entre
le bras et le disque.
- Sécurité passive: Boulon de cisaillement

- Sécurité transport ou interventions sur
hydraulique: Baisser le support  de
manière à bloquer les 1/2 bras
entre eux.
d) Fonctionnement
• Vérifier qu'il n'y ait personne autour de la
machine lors du fonctionnement des traceurs.
- Mettre la pression ³ les 2 traceurs se lèvent
- Relâcher la pression
³ un traceur se baisse
- Mettre la pression ³ le traceur baissé se
lève
- Relâcher la pression
³ l'autre traceur se baisse
Bout markers
a) Setting the markers to their working position
• The markers are designed for marking at the
centre of the tractor or on the track.
• The marker arms are hydraulically locked in the
folded position.
• Disengage the second arm when lifting the
support
.
b) Setting
• It is possible to adjust the angle of the disc to
vary the depth of the mark.
³ Four settings are available by altering the
position of the key

• For marking at the centre of the tractor, the
marking distance
 is equal to half the working
width plus half the spacing from the final share to
the disc.
• The angle of the second section can be set using
the cable tensioner Ž .
c) Safety
• The marker safety device only operates in the
working position.
- Active safety: Flexible tooth buffer between
the arm and the disc.
- Passive safety: Shear bolt

- Safety feature for transport or repair to the
hydraulics: Lower the support
 so as to lock
the two half-arms together.
d) Operation
• Check that there is no-one around the machine
during marker operation.
- Apply pressure
³ both markers are raised
- Release pressure ³ one marker is lowered
- Apply pressure
³ the lowered marker is
raised
- Release pressure
³ the other marker is
lowered
