Prepare the PowerFlex 40 Drive Hardware Chapter 1
Connect the DeviceNet Adapter to the Drive
1. Align the adapter with the right and bottom sides of the adapter cover.
The DeviceNet connector on the adapter must be at the bottom of the cover.
2. Push the adapter onto the cover until it clicks.
3. Connect the Internal Interface
cable to the DSI port on the
adapter.
4. Connect the other end of the cable
to the DSI port on the adapter.
5. Place the cover on the drive.
WARNING: Verify that all incoming power is turned off before connecting the adapter to the drive.
