Chapter 3 Use a PowerFlex 40 Drive in an RSLogix 5000 Project
Edit PowerFlex 40 Drive Parameter Values
You must change some of the drive parameters to complete the tasks in this chapter. You make
the changes in the RSNetWorx for DeviceNet software file created previously in this quick start.
1. In your RSLogix 5000 project,
right-click the 1769-SDN scanner
module and choose Properties.
2. On the RSNetWorx tab, click
Launch RSNetWorx for
DeviceNet icon.
RSNetWorx for DeviceNet
software launches and opens the
file you created in
Create a
DeviceNet Configuration File on
page 29
.
3. Right-click the PowerFlex 40 drive
and choose Properties.
4. If your drive has not been
previously used, skip to
step 6 .
IMPORTANT Verify that RSNetWorx for DeviceNet software is closed.
