If this has started you will have to disable it by clicking on start up and selecting
disable.
You will then have to restart Windows for these settings to take effect.

To use WinCue Pro News with Windows 2000 you must have the new version 2.00
ROMs installed on your I.M.T card and a windows 2000 compatible version of WinCue
Pro News must be installed on your machine, for example, WinCue Pro News build
589 or above.
