Select each item in turn from the list of available form types for this category and
click OK making sure that you add all of these items.
Note: the available form types
depends on what category it is. This list is for the “Display List” Items category.
For the Editor Headers category you will get a different list:
As Multiple column Scripts are not supported in 1.30 you must select the Single
Column Scripts item.
You can now edit each form to suit your needs.
9.2.5 Clone Form
If you are going to edit an existing form we recommend that you clone the form
before making changes to it so that you have a backup of it. To do this Right-click on
the form and select Clone Form:
