F. Two Stage Air Line Filter (Standard)
Removes damaging contaminants as small as 5 microns
from the plasma stream when using compressed air.
G. Gas Control Module (GCM 6000)
NOTE
This Accessory is shipped with all Merlin 6000GST
Systems.
Gas Control Module allows remote setting of gas pres-
sures, flows and selection of various plasma and sec-
ondary gases. This allows one-time plumbing con-
nections of various gas/water supplies that can be
connected to the Power Supply. The operator has com-
plete flexibility to quickly select the best plasma and sec-
ondary gas combinations for the metal to be cut.
An optional Secondary Gas/Water (H
2
0) Flow Control that
can be added to control the flow of gas and water when
used as the secondary. Contains control solenoids, flow
meters and control valves for accurate setting of second-
ary used.
NOTE
This Option must be installed on the Gas Control
Module (GCM6000) if water is to be used as the
secondary or gas flow control is required.
