The Reagents required dialog box displays the required reagents for the slides and what is
currently available on each stainer as well as the bulk fluids required for the selected group of
slides. It includes the following information:
Column Description
Code Indicates the Dako unique product identifier.
Reagent Lists the name of the required reagent.
Volume Lists the quantity of the reagent required for the run.
Stainer names Indicates the volume of the reagent that is currently available on
each stainer or was last on the stainer.
Note: If nothing is listed, it means the reagent is not currently on the
stainer.
Note: The calculations that determine if a reagent is required take into account the quantity of
the reagent that is already committed to slides on that stainer. To see the required
reagent calculations for the current set of slides, the system must first scan the slides.
Print a Required Reagents Report
From the Required reagents screen, you may print a report that lists the reagents required for the
slides you selected.
