Completed Tab
After slides are stained, you can generate custom reports of their slide records on the Completed
Tab, including detailed run logs.
DakoLink
The DakoLink software manages and monitors all the Dako staining instruments on the network.
Dako Glass Slide Labeling System
Generates chemical-resistant, self-adhesive, customizable labels designed for use in high stress,
chemically rigorous laboratory environments with up to five lines of text and a 2D barcode.
Dako Glass Slide Label Printer
The slide label printer provides a chemical-resistant, self-adhesive customizable label for use in
high-stress, chemically rigorous laboratory environment. Slides need to be labeled prior
to processing.
Instruments Tab
You manage the bulk liquids and waste fluids, load slides, load reagents, print reports, start the
staining runs, and monitor runs in progress for all instruments on your network.
LIS (Laboratory Information System)
LIS can be interfaced with the DakoLink software.
Maintenance, Annual Preventative
Annual maintenance must be performed by a trained Dako technician. Contact your local Dako
representative for further information.
Monthly Maintenance
Monthly maintenance includes cleaning bulk fluid bottles.
Maintenance, Routine
Routine cleaning and maintenance is essential for reliable operation of the Artisan™ Link. Without
this, the reliability and life of Artisan™ Link may be compromised. The following should be done
on a daily basis: Clean the slide platform, clean the reagent drip ring, and check and clean the spill
tray.
