IR2-BB Installation Changes
Please Read Carefully
The IR2-BB product package includes the Nobeltec ® Insight™ Radar 2-Black Box
Installation Guide. Please read that guide in its entirety before installing the IR2-BB.
While you can follow the instructions in the Jeppesen Workboat Navigator Installer’s
Guide to install Jeppesen Workboat Navigator and connect it to hardware like
the IR2-BB, you will need to set up the IR2-BB differently than described in the
Nobeltec Insight Radar 2 - Black Box Installation Guide. Please make changes as
described below.
The following steps in the Nobeltec
® Insight™ Radar 2-Black Box Installation Guide
must be replaced by those provided in this section:
STEP 6 on page 10: replace with Chapter 2 - Installation, Step 1. Install
Workboat Navigator in the Jeppesen Workboat Navigator Installer’s Guide (this
document)
STEP 8 on page 12: Replace with **Replacement STEP 8: Select the Radar
Antenna File** on the following page of the Jeppesen Workboat Navigator
Installer’s Guide
STEP 9 on page 13: replace with Chapter 2 - Installation, Step 5. Radar
Setup Wizard in the Jeppesen Workboat Navigator Installer’s Guide (this
document)
STEP 10 on page 14: replace with Chapter 2 - Installation, Step 6. Start
Workboat Navigator in the Jeppesen Workboat Navigator Installer’s Guide (this
