6 - Modify, Repair, Remove
When you have Workboat Navigator installed, you can modify, repair or remove it
from your desktop.
Modify changes the original installation, allowing you to add or remove
components such as Radar.
Repair resets Jeppesen Workboat Navigator back to its original state at
installation.
Remove uninstalls Jeppesen Workboat Navigator from your desktop. When
you remove Jeppesen Workboat Navigator, you also may choose to remove all
components, such as Professional+ Charts and NavData, or to leave them intact.
Removing Jeppesen Workboat Navigator does not remove the eToken. This
component is left on the system and is removed using a separate eToken uninstall
feature available from Add/Remove programs.
To Change or Remove
Start your computer and close all open programs.
You can start the Modify, Repair, Remove program two ways:
Insert your Jeppesen Workboat Navigator install DVD and run
WorkboatNavigatorSetup.exe
From your Desktop by selecting Start | Setup | Add or Remove Programs
or Start | Settings | Control Panel | Add or Remove Programs. Select
Workboat Navigator in the list; then click Change.
The installer should automatically open the Setup Wizard.
You will be prompted to select Modify, Repair or Remove Jeppesen Workboat
Navigator. Make your selection and then click Next.
NOTE:
You must have an Internet connection to successfully complete a
modify.
Follow the on-screen instructions. If you selected Remove, you will be prompted
to input whether you wish to remove all components or keep C-Map data. If you
remove C-Map data, you will need to re-install it when you re-install Jeppesen
Workboat Navigator.
When the modification, repair or removal is complete, click Finish to close the
Setup Wizard.
